Improving academic detailing communications
The Alberta Drug Utilization Program needed to improve its communication with clinicians. Producer and user interviews and tests helped evaluate the performance of both an existing document and a new prototype. The new prototype substantially improved content memorization, and cut down information searching tasks by 50%. This was achieved through 34 changes made to the design based on principles of perception and cognition.
